Wood Pigeon Studio got its name from the many beautiful Wood Pigeons, Kereru, who love devouring the foliage of the native trees around the gallery.

You will find the gallery approx. 50 min. from Nelson City on the way to New Zealand's beautiful Kaiteriteri Beach, world reknowned for its golden sands and gentle waters.

If holidaying in New Zealands Nelson or Tasman regions, take time to pop in on your way to Kaiteriteri or the Abel Tasman National Park and have a look around. Visitors and art collectors are welcome to visit Wood Pigeon Art Studio in person and see the art of John Wolter and where it is created.

Wood Pigeon Studio Art Gallery is open most days, between 9am-5pm.
